Taco Salad

Nothing fancy, just the way my family likes it:

1 lb ground beef
1 packet taco season
Taco Shells
Shredded Lettuce
Salsa
Shredded Cheese
Sour Cream
Chopped Tomatoes
Chopped Green Onions

Brown ground beef. 
Drain the ground beef and place in food processor.  I have found that by processing the cooked beef, it will give it a very smooth texture for this recipe.
Crush up taco shells into bite sized pieces.
Layer--taco shells, then meat and then all other ingredients.
