Egg and Sausage Casserole

  • 1 1/2 lbs. ground sausage (i use Jimmy Dean sage flavored)--cook and drain
  • 9 eggs
  • 12 slices of white bread without the crust. Cut each slice into 9 cubes
  • 3 cups milk
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded cheese ( i use cheddar)
  • salt and pepper to taste
Directions:

Combine all ingredients and refridgerate overnight
Bake at 350 for 1 hour
